Adapted without big problems (overslept once on ~day 18) in about 30 days (steadily started to wake up before the alarm on the core). Stayed on it totally for 80 day, then tried E2-shortened. &lt;br /&gt;

On about day 40 I got my zeo sleep tracker and observered very strange and low numbers of REM.  This explains why I remembered so few dreams on mono. And almost never on E2. Numbers were very random (the biggest was 60 mins on core and the least was 10 mins). On naps I got almost zero REM.&lt;br /&gt;
