The main reason of changing schedule was my compressed SWS sleep, so I didn't need repartioning. I was getting all of SWS needs (85-90mins) in first 2 cycles. So with my low REM needs and good early nap, I think, its really adaptable. I stayed on it for about 2 weeks and felt nearly adapted, but then had a lot of stress and dropped into 5-6h tst segmented. Want to try it more in few weeks, maybe with gradual adaptation through schedule with 1.5h core instead of 40min nap. | |||
