E2

Almost 9h nap gap
Big REM E2 core

Adapted without big problems (overslept once on ~day 18) in about 30 days (steadily started to wake up before the alarm on the core). Stayed on it totally for 80 day, then tried E2-shortened.

Low REM E2 core

On about day 40 I got my zeo sleep tracker and observered very strange and low numbers of REM. This explains why I remembered so few dreams on mono. And almost never on E2. Numbers were very random (the biggest was 60 mins on core and the least was 10 mins). On naps I got almost zero REM.

The main reason of changing schedule was my compressed SWS sleep, so I didn't need repartioning. I was getting all of SWS needs (85-90mins) in first 2 cycles. So with my low REM needs and good early nap, I think, its really adaptable. I stayed on it for about 2 weeks and felt nearly adapted, but then had a lot of stress and dropped into 5-6h tst segmented. Want to try it more in few weeks, maybe with gradual adaptation through schedule with 1.5h core instead of 40min nap.
